Bills’ Von Miller out in Thanksgiving game at Detroit with knee injury

Bills All-Pro edge rusher Von Miller is out in the Thanksgiving day game against the Lions Thursday with a knee injury. Here’s what you need to know:

• Miller sustained the injury in the second quarter with the Lions in the red zone. He took a cart back to the locker room with less than two minutes left in the half.
• Buffalo was already without two of their primary pass rushers heading into the Detroit game with Greg Rousseau and A.J. Epenesa inactive with injuries.
• Miller entered the game with eight sacks, tied for 10th in the league and a 16.0 percent pressure rate, which ranked 10th among qualified pass rushers via TruMedia.
